Dear Kevin,

Further to our discussion on the abuse of personal guarantees, I attach this link to my impact statement  https://www.diylaw.co/jane-farmers-impact-statement.

These are my experiences. I wonder how many people involved in BBRS have lived this sort of experience and can relate to the horror?

Our team at Project Heritage have been developing a process by which those who have suffered similarly can achieve closure:

  1. An online questionnaire identifies where there has been the wrongful application of a PG (much like the online PPI sites).

  2. A personalised figure for redress is calculated using our algorithm.

  3. The complainant is invited to submit an impact statement.

It is a simple, transparent, effective process which would put to bed a number of banking disputes.

As you are aware, for the 3rd stage of our work, we are advocating the use of Intellectual Capital to replace dangerous guarantees – which makes even more sense in the current economic climate. We believe this is the way forward for lenders and businesses.

We would like to count on your support for this.

Best Regards,
Jane Farmer
